Mutton Consumption Declined Greatly in Restaurants

China Agriculture Report By CnAgri2013-05-13 11:29:12China Agriculture Report Print Mutton: On May 8th, the mutton wholesale markets of the 36 medium-and-large sized cities, the average price of bone-in fresh mutton is RMB52.62Yuan/KG, down 0.25% compared with last week. With exposure of adulterated mutton, residents’ demand for meat is restrained again. mutton consumption declined greatly in restaurants. Influence on fresh mutton in bazaars is limited and mutton price is  predicted to decline slightly. (Figure 3)
