All these regions should take some measures to defend against the cold and prevent the bad influence caused by cold weather on animal husbandry.
As for precipitation, there will be 10～20 mm precipitation in Jianghuai, regions south of the Yangtze River, northwestern area of South China and eastern area of the Southwest and 30～50 mm in some local areas. The amount of precipitation of above mentioned regions will be 40-70% more compared with that in the same period in normal year. Drought in eastern area of the Southwest is hopeful to be relieved.
