Hebei Published Livestock/Poultry Waste Utilization Programme

It shows: by the end of 2020, Hebei would set up scientific, normalized, clear-responsibility and binding systems for utilization of livestock/poultry waste; the matching rate of equipment for waste disposal in scaled farms in the whole province would reach 100% and the comprehensive utilization of livestock/poultry manure would be upward of 75%.
